These truly speed up wound healing
My fiance had toe nail removal surgury about a month before we were due to go on hoilday, we were told the healing time could be as long as 12 weeks (the removal causes a chemical burn) after 2 weeks the wound was more or less the same so in a last ditch attempt and looking for a miracle I got these. Used one every 2 days under the normal dressing and the would almost immediately started healing, the inflammation and redness reduced in days and so did the soreness. After a week and a half there was a healthy bed of tissue and after letting it dry out a bit it had fully scabbed over at the 4 week mark. Way under what the doctors had told us the healing time would be. We are on holiday now and we've kept it covered in a cast cover for the pool and the sea but other wise there's no issues for wearing shoes and walking so I can honestly say the manuka hype is very well justified and I would recommend keeping these in your first aid box for burns and wounds of any kind

Wonderful
Worked really well, I had an infected wound in my ankle which I needed to heal before hip surgery. I dressed with this for a week and wound virtually healed just a couple of scabs to drop off. Easy to use, I needed to change dressing daily as was on an awkward part of foot and didn't stay on well but as the honey had been absorbed by the wound I would probably have need it anyway. I could see the wound healing at each dressing change.

Good, easy to cut to size.
Only used last night, hence 4 stars, as yet to see results. I've had abdominal surgery and the wound in parts isn't healing, they are getting bigger, so I decided to try honey dressings, as I've used manuka honey on my cats fighting wounds when he was young and it always worked.Anyone who isn't familiar, the dressing it like orange webbing, between plastic, its sticky & slightly oily, so cut to size while in plastic, remove from plastic and apply on wound part that needs it, then I top with a simple mepore dressing. They aren't cheap, but Manuka honey isn't, and cheap dressings aren't substantial.

Promotes healing worked well.
Really pleased with these. Brought them to help encourage some wounds to heal on my c section scar that opened a bit. Done the job, easy to use. You do have to make sure you have dressings to put over though as they are sticky and get a bit messy. Good value for money, have some left over that will come in use I’m sure.

Never again.
I bought these dressings to heal a wound under my knee following a fall. I found the dressings to be very abrasive, which I think aggravated the wound. I persevered and finished the pack, but I wish I hadn’t because I feel they’ve hindered the healing process. Maybe a softer gauze would be beneficial. Since discontinuing use, and changing to low adherent dressings with a blob of manuka wound gel (another brand), I’ve seen a vast improvement. I’ll never use this product again.
