Holds up the weights as promised. I’ve used 12 or 15 pound on each side. Is decently comfortable and quality is good.

My community gym has a bench press machine but doesn’t go down to where I can do hip thrust so i decided to get this belt. At first I thought it wouldn’t carry the weight that I want but I put 40pound dumbbells on each side (80 pounds total) and had the best burn on my glutes. Easy to use and no discomfort

The media could not be loaded. I used to have to use a bar, situate it, roll it, be stuck etc!! This one is so much easier! I put 35s on either side and it held amazing!! Tightened the straps and the weights did not fall out. Very comfortable even with heavy weights. Works the best so far. Drops the weights with slight pressure in the underside of the clip! 🔥

Honestly this product is so simple it seems silly for me to write much on it.It is a cushioned strap that lays across you while holding your dumbbells so your hands can be free to exercise.This product does what is intended, has thick enough cushion that it won't dig, sturdy straps so your weights won't fall out, and is adjustable for different sized dumbbells.So far, I have not been able to use this product consistently, because the chemical smell is so intense that it causes me migraines. I still have hope that it will become usable, as I really like the overall product.I will update if I have to return it.If not, you can assume that the smell will eventually dissipate and you will love it!

So far I’ve held 40lbs on each side with no issues! Super comfy and sturdy buckles! This is a way cheaper option than the booty Bella and imo way better than the loud and obnoxious Velcro!

I don’t not recommend this product! Straps come loose and slips out. I’ve only been using 30 pound weights on each side. Don’t get this product. I usually always look at reviews and didn’t for this product and wish I had. I attempted to exchange it but unable too. I purchased this product back in March it’s now first week of April. I recommend paying more and going for a more high end one. Very disappointed!

I really love this product, however the clip broke with 35lbs on each side :( I never saw a max weight specified so i wasn’t expecting this

Love it good quality Can put heavy weight 40 lbs each side

I started gym exercise after recovering from a lower back pain and my physio advised me to use a hip thrust band so I bought this one and so far I'm fully satisfied with it. Easy to wear and adjust to your body needs and the material is non slippery. Holds well around my waist and I don't feel uncomfortable wearing it during exercises. Surely not a bad belt for this price.
