Pretty good
Installs easily, good quality but they move too easily once installed. I thought they would take a little force to reorient, not move around every time I try to hang up a jacket

Problem solved
I think it's super cool! It matches the other "brushed nickel" accents in my bathroom. It was super easy to install. We made sure it was anchored into a stud since it'll see a lot of action. We used sheet rock anchors with the previous towel bar that didn't last 6 months before somebody ripped it out of the wall. This should last a long time since we didn't rely on anchors. I love that it folds flat against the wall when not in use. I wish the little arms operated independently, but it's not a deal breaker. Perfect solution for my small guest bathroom

Nice hook, but a paint to install
So, while the hook/hanger is nice and simple looking, and perfect for our intended purpose, it was a pain to install.The mounting bracket went up easily enough, but the hex key to attach the main assembly to the mounting bracket would not seem to "grab" at first. The location of the hex screw is at the bottom, which while hiding the attachment and keeping the appearance of the hanger nice, is not great for ease of driving it in. To add to this inconvenient aspect, after screwing the hex nut in and out several times, I realized it was not catching under the mounting bracket.I finally grabbed a set of pliers, and bent the mounting bracket out slightly, which allowed the hex screw to catch the bracket completing the mount.Overall, I like the product, but a slight adjustment in the manufacture of the mounting bracket would improve it dramatically.

These look great, and stand up to use in my bathroom by my teens… and my husband!
Really nice, sturdy hooks that can withstand the bathroom at my beach house. Everyone has a hook with enough room for their bath towel, robe and swim suit.

Missing hardware
The item seems sturdy enough however it was missing the hanging hardware. Reordered I hope the hardware comes with the second order.

Ideal for next to the shower
Love this hook, holds towels well and closes in easily. The three hooks have set spacing between them when you open them out which is nice so that they don't stack on each other. This was easy to install and has been very sturdy!

Just the thing
Lies flat. Perfect for small spaces. We have ours in bathroom. No towel or robe, folded flat. Want to hang them? Swing it open. Exactly what I wanted.
