MY MILDY AMUSING STORY: I have never clicked "buy" for a product faster than I did for this straw. And I am so glad I did! Total transparency, I am vain. I do not want smoker's lips which the TikTok frightened me into realizing this can be a thing from excessive straw use. But here's another problem, I never developed the life skill of drinking from a cup like a normal human. Somehow, my water ends up running down my face and onto my shirt, EVERY TIME. The only explanation is a hole materializes in my chin while I am drinking or something Also, I am just terrible at consuming liquids. I get maybe a few thimbles in a day. Except with a straw I am a water drinking machine. I refilled my 30 oz cup while writing this review thanks to my trusty Lipzi straw!Can you imagine my conundrum? The internet, which drives my insecurities, told me I am going to turn ugly if I use straws, but the only way I can drink is with straws! So I went a couple of months vacillating between a limbo of pruney dehydration and wet shirts. One night I caved and decided to buy one of those weird glass straws that look like you are blowing on a micro-piccolo. When I searched Amazon my prayers were answered when these Lipzi straws popped up. I have been happily using them every day since. I even purchased the set twice because I lost my favorite cup with one of the straws in it and I never want to be without.POTENTIALLY USEFUL INFORMATION: The stainless steel is solid and the mouthpiece material is quality. The larger straw fits nicely in my Simple Modern 30 oz Tumbler. The shorter fits well in my 16 oz Corkcicle tumbler, which I drink tea from to bypass my teeth and prevent staining (vain, remember?). The mouthpiece can be slid down to help with this. I find it to be no more difficult to clean than any other straw I have owned, and perhaps even easier than my old silicone ones. Disassemble it, use the brush provided to clean the inner straw part, use your fingers or a cloth to rub the mouthpiece with soap, and toss it in your dishwasher utensil caddy for extra sanitizing. Bada bing, bada boom. Does it get lipstick on it as one other reviewer said? Uh, yeah. As does any other straw. TBF, it is a larger surface than a standard straw so lipstick is more obvious. I can live with that. One other potential negative is that it is an attention grabber. People are curious about the black "heart" I am drinking from. I have no shame and explain what it is. Lipzi, please take note: red or pink mouth piece options would be fun and many people would probably just think to themselves, "Oh, look at that adult drinking from a heart shaped straw that is made for children," and we will all move on with our day without missing a beat.TL;DR: I enjoy these straws and use them every day. I feel like I am protecting my lips from wrinkles (time will tell), it helps me consume enough water to keep my skin healthy, and I hope to avoid kidney stones caused by insufficient hydration.

I have been using these stainless steel straws for several months and they are a great alternative to plastic straws. Gone are the days when you will have to worry about plastic leeching into your drinks. The mouth pieces at the top are an added bonus and have remained in place since purchasing the straws.

These work well for but the heart shape to prevent the puckering is a little small. Not as extreme as a regular straw but there is still a bit of a puckering when you're using it. Quality is nice, length of straws is good. Not worth the price tho. Cheaper options are out there.

I was unsure what to think when I saw these, but something compelled me to buy them. I live and die by straws. I cannot live without them due to sensitive teeth. These straws fit in my stanley and my RTIC cups. I use them every day now. Super comfortable and well built.

I ordered these in May 2024 based on the reviews. I thought they were ingenious. I began to use them whenever I drank coffee and water. (my go-to beverages every day) In the past 2 weeks, I noticed that my lip lines were becoming more pronounced. It is now August 2024. So I have been using these for about 2 .5 months, and every day which totals about 10 or more X's each day. This morning I caught myself in the mirror as I took a sip of my morning coffee. Much to my dismay, I noted that as I sipped using this product, my lips were pursed! OMG! I wish I had noticed this in the beginning. I am certain that this will happen with ladies my age whose skin does not "bounce back" like it used to! Beware, ladies!
