Eat your veggies
Green beans are one of the low carb veggies and I order on Amazon for the great value in pricing. These cans came in good shape, no dents. Easy open cans and I just store all of these ( ordered a dozen cans) in my pantry. The beans are good quality, no stems that I found like some brands. My husband would never eat a vegetable if I did not put them on his plate, and green beans are about the only one he will eat with out complaining or pushing them aside.

Good quality, great taste.
When you buy canned goods online, it is usually a crapshoot as to what you're going to receive. But I've been having really good luck with this brand. I ordered 6 cans of green beans; they arrived separately but in perfect condition. Not a single can had a dent in it. The size is perfect for my husband and I, although, they taste so good, I could probably eat the entire can on my own. They have a fresh taste that isn't overly salted. They are great heated up with salt and pepper, or in a casserole. The high quality makes them very versatile and can be used in many dishes. I'll be ordering these regularly.
