I like sleeping with earrings on because I’m too lazy to take the off and put them on again. Never really bothered me to sleep on a regular pillow until I got a helix piercing which got irritated from me sleeping on it and took long to heal. For my second helix piercing, I decide to get this pillow and it’s great! I don’t irritate the piercing and it’s much more comfortable wearing earrings to sleep.

I was using one of those donut pillows on top of my regular memory foam pillow while my ear piecing heals. I didn’t like that it kept my neck up higher and moved around. This was definitely a splurge at $50, but it’s way more comfortable. I plan to get more piercings in the future, so I see this as an investment in my sleep.I really like that it comes with the extra piece, so you can adjust the height of the pillow. The pillowcase is removable to wash. The foam is comfortable to sleep on, and the holes are a good size. I would buy this again.

I was really hoping to like this pillow. For 50 bucks, especially. I am tall, so the height was not a concern, but I learned that the Pillow was only usable from one side as the holes are positioned on the pillow low to one side. It would’ve made a lot more sense to make the pillow narrower so you could use the pillow from both sides. The satin pillowcase also slides all over the bed and makes it hard to get your ear in the right space. I kept waking up with my ear hurting because the pillow had moved in the night.The memory foam does not smell, which is very good. I’ve had stinky pillows before and I’m pleased to report. This is not one of them.The first pillow I received was obviously returned. Aside from being covered in blood stains, It didn’t have the 20% off a pillowcase coupon or much of the documentation that was provided with the replacement. This is concerning because I really don’t want to get bedbugs from an Amazon product and if they’re willing to send me a pillowcase covered in blood, I’m worried they’re willing to send me a pillow with bugs. They just need to make this product non-returnable.There is a small bit of foam on the bottom you can remove to make the pillow smaller. From my understanding, the travel pillow does not have this, but it has much better reviews and is probably more comfortable. I wish I had ordered that one.The holes have Amazing sound deadening properties. I wish the pillowcase had the holes go all the way through. While the foam has a complete hole, the pillowcase does not.I’m not quite sure about the placement of the holes. It makes it a little bit more difficult to Sleep the way I want to And it feels really strange to be so centered in my pillow. It does work really well for backers who need two holes.Overall, This product didn’t really work that well for me because it keeps moving and the space between my ear hole and my Bedframe seems abnormally large, which forces me down lower in the bed or means my pillow slips out from under me in the middle of the night.The quality of the foam and the concept is nice But I Wish I bought the travel pillow for $20 less. The full-size pillow seems like they tried to come up with some thing to make a full-size pillow and it doesn’t quite for me.

The pillow is harder than I prefer but the holes do allow you to sleep comfortably with your ear not being bothered. I still use my other pillows but this one comes in handy for a new piercing or if one of my existing ones get irritated

I absolutely love this pillow, great invention. I was skeptical but I have no issues sleeping at all and it fits my ear perfectly. I would highly recommend if you have an ear piercing especially cartilage.
