This becomes loose in no time, it so good in first 2 usages, after that it became loose :( so not serving the purpose, wearing it not as easy as the add shows and finally u just can't wear it directly on skin , u go mad, I wear it on top of things tea shirt for my indoor workout, so really can't wear for jogging and all. Waste of money, if u still wanna buy try buying a smaller size and check ur luck.
