Small capsules in a plastic bottle with a sticker claiming they contain spermidine. They were easy to take and had no taste or smell. I couldn't tell you anything about the contents, as I have no idea what was in them, but they had no noticeable effect. I probably shouldn't have wasted money trying them, especially as you can get the same active ingredient from wheatgerm, which at least has some nutritional value.

I've been taking this Spermidine supplements for a while now, probably three or four weeks, and after reading up on it I feel positive about how it might help my health going forward, particularly as I am in my sixties and as well as general health and wellness benefits, this does apparently have some anti-aging benefits too. I discovered that they also support the autophagy, which relates to cell breakdown and rebuilding, which is one of the benefits of certain types of fasting.The capsules are pretty small and not hard to swallow. There are one hundred and twenty capsules in the bottle, which at the recommended dose is two months worth. The ingredients are totally natural and don't use any GMO ingredients, which is good.Like most supplements, these are not a one-and-your-done kind of capsule. It would be great if supplements worked like that, but they don't, but I am happy to be patient and see how they help over the longer term.

Spermidine appears to support the regulation of Autophagy, which is your body's cell recycling process.As Autophagy declines in the body with age, it thus contributes to the aging process.It's a fascinating subject and as you get older, you do notice a lot of changes in skin, which you would never have thought about while younger.I've not noticed any benefits yet, but realistically this will not be an overnight 10 years younger thing.I do think however, with consistent use, changes will occur, such as improved and tightened skin and an improved immune system.I've had no side effects or trouble taking these and started on one tab a day for two weeks and then increased to two.Because of my own research on the subject, I will keep taking these and hope to see benefits after 3 to to 6 months.

While the name might put some people off, the fact that it was first isolated from semen doesn’t mean the powder inside these little capsules has been! Spermidine is available from a healthy diet, for example via cereals, soya beans and vegetables, and spermidine supplements are generally derived from wheatgerm. I researched its potential benefits and potential contraindications (in proper medical papers, not promotional materials), everyone should do the same. I would like to be reasonably sure for example that any anti-ageing supplement won’t boost cancerous as well as healthy cells. This also contains vitamin B1 (thiamin) and zinc, this is worth bearing in mind if you take these in any other supplements.

I am very impressed with the quality and potency of this product. I am only taking it every other day with great results. Delivery was very timely as well.

I'm in my 50's and I've been taking spermidine for about a year now and this brand is new to me. I really like that the pills are tiny and easy to swallow and that there's no after taste. The dose is 2 a day. I really like these, especially at the price. The other brand I use is almost double the price. Non-GMO ingredients, US made, vegan and GMP certified. I think this is a solid choice.

These are very reasonably priced, as you get 2 full months supply in 1 bottle! There is no aftertaste with this product and I could take it with or without food, without any adverse reactions.This brand includes Zinc and Thiamin in the ingredients, to help with absorption of the Spermidine. If you're looking into just starting this supplement, this one offers a low milligram dose to start with, but you'll want to change over to a higher dose brand after you're done with these.I noticed a difference in my energy levels after the first month of taking this.
