A great pillow for hot nights

Nice only downside is it doesn't stay cool for long.

After a while it does get quite warm, but other products like this are the same. Useful tip is that some reviewers put their gel pillows in the fridge before use. I wasn't expecting too much and it's not very big or packed full of gel, but on a hot night it provides some brief relief from a hot pillow on the face. The price is not too bad as well. Mine never came in a box as advertised, just arrived as is inside the parcel!

Good for travelling ,does the cooling job well stick inthe freezer for an hour for extra long chill ...good for chilling wine when wrapped around bottle n fastened with a Scrunchie!!

Great little item to place inside your pillow/on your feet or under a baby’s blanket to keep you cool at night.These need to go in the fridge before use for around an hour. They stay cold for about 2 hours which is enough to let you drop off to sleep.Edit: After speaking to my Vet, he confirmed that these mats are NOT suitable for dogs. I was informed that as soon as a dog gets cold, eats ice cubes/cream, or cools down quickly ie using this mat, their bodies automatically start to heat up, like a built in thermostat. So, no matter how hot your pup may be, if you put anything too cold into or into their bodies, their in inbuilt thermostat will kick in and they will get hotter defeating the object and potentially causing heatstroke/heart attack and even death - Frightening!

Good size and is comfortable to rest my head on. Cools me down quickly
