Crap
This product comes in pieces. One attaches to the exercise machine while the other attaches to your technology device. The 2 are then supposed to connect securely. The piece that attaches directly to the exercise machine is secure. However, the piece holding my device does not attach to my exercise machine securely. It falls off (with my phone in it) rather easily.....so you certainly xan't use this for rigorous excercise. Any wobble of tour exercise machine and your technology falls to the floor. While not in use, my kids ran past my eliptical, knocked into it, the insecure piece went flying, and is now lost. Waste of money. I can't use it at all now. Will br shopping for another unit. Please don't waste your time with this product.

Works perfectly at the gym
I use this on a Woodway Curve treadmill at the local 24 Hour Fitness to old Fire HD 8" tablet. The Woodway Curve has an extra thick body frame and this works great for attaching my table to the frame. A different brand tablet holder could not fit the Woodway Curve body frame so I returned it before I got this one. While at home, I still keep it attached to the Fire HD 8", and it'll keep the tablet upright for viewing on my desk.

That is great
Bought this Bike Phone Mount for my mom, and She likes it a lot. Once it's locked tightly on the bike, it won't move or shake, very steady while biking. 360 degree rotation makes it capable of putting the phone in both vertical and horizontal orientation, very convenient for full screen apps or car mode. Good choice for a bike phone mount.

Very good product. It holds the phone tight
Very good product. It holds the phone tight, and the quality is good. My only problem is that when I tried to mount the two pieces together it was hard and I my hands were not strong enough so I have to use a hammer to knock on it gently after it locks it is very steady and can hold ipad, iphone or tablet. It is a good product I would recommend it to everyone.

Use it while on bike exercising. Too small for most readers but like it for my old Samsung, Would not want to go fast because it is kinda loose.
