Only issue I had was because my STA-TITE fasteners for pop off toilet seat wouldn’t loosen, they kept turning with the bold. I had to use WD-40 and pliers to hold the top part screw and wrench to loosen fasteners at same time.

Installation was a breeze, took less than 10 minutes. You do need to use a small wrench to tighten the connections to make sure there are no leaks. Product works great, best purchase I've made in quite a while

I purchased this on July 13, 2024, and as of August 19, 2024 the arm craked and is leaking.

Fitting into UK standard water line was a painstaking process. So make sure you are aware of that.
