Exactly what l needed
I have berm having problems with my thumb on my right hand; regarding gripping. I didn't want the traditional metal squeeze had grip l once used as gymnast as l knew it would be impossible to use. I had gotten way past that. This new style allowed me the gentle exercise l needed to help build up my strength, get blood flowing and even use to mildly massage my hand by repositioning it differently each 5 or so squeezes. Exactly what l was hoping for. I have yet 5o use the 2nd. It's great that it came with 2 different pressures.

Hand and wrist strengthening balls
These egg shaped strengthening balls were much harder than I expected. Really wanted ones filled with sand and these are hard gell filled. Very hard for my arthritic hands to squeeze. Have to keep looking
