This is my second order this week. My first order came with broken lid and cracked cup. The lid was broken into pieces and I almost cut myself when I tried remove it from box insert. And the CUP, I thought the cup was fine but when I put hot water in, I heard the sound CRANK!!! I immediate poured water out and put it away. Then I called the assistant to claim for a refund and start order a new set. Then the new set arrived today about 30 mins ago. I unboxed it right away. Then I saw that the insert inside the box ripped. I thought to myself (this is bad news). Then I checked the lid. The lid is fine this time. Then I checked the cup. The cup is chipped right at the ankle when you sip from regular cups or mugs. This is very bad quality, I expected more from this company or the seller. They really need to check their quality before they ship out the item. This is very BAD!!! Their tea is good though.

I was hesitant to purchase this because some people said it arrived damaged. Well I went ahead and ordered it and it is lovely! The item arrived in perfect condition. The packaging is high quality as are the contents. I highly recommend this as a gift for your favorite tea lover.

This is just the most beautiful cup of tea! The cup is easy to hold and lightweight, the lid sports a hole for the top of the Pyramind Tea Infuser Bags to pop out through and there is even a Tea Tray to hold your bag!The cup is single serving at 8 oz!Price - Spendy, yes very spendy indeed but this is such a lovely set for someone!Product - High End - worth every penny!Tea - The favors can be subtle to bold depending on how long you steep - I steep so that I can use the pyramid two times and so I am right in the middle. I found the tea flavors to be unique - Chocolate Rose, Green Mango Peach, Strawberry Hibiscus, Vanilla Pear and Chamomile Citron - I typically find that flavored teas are hiding low quality tea but in this case the flavor profiles are subtle and really meld well with the tea base. I think that Strawberry Hibiscus is my favorite as the slight rose hints are oh so lovely!
