I took it as a teen while in sports and then got off when I had a family. Now in my 40’s and this stuff still works like it did 20 years ago. Gives you short burst of strength and endurance to get an awesome workout. Becareful thou, your body will feel like it can do anything, easy to get hurt if you do to much. Highly recommended , A+

I've used this product in the past with amazing results. It's not steroids so don't expect that kind of effect. At the time I was in my 30's lifting weights regularly at the gym and hit a plateau. I weighed 123lbs, I couldn't get my squat past 175lbs. I also could never get past 3 unassisted pull-ups (overhand grip). After using this stuff for 2 weeks I was squatting 225lbs, and doing 10 pull-ups. I didn't change or add anything else to my diet. No powders, supplements, bodybuilding supplements, nothing. Just clean eating, good sleep, and this stuff. It will not be noticeable to someone who hasn't been working out long and has no idea what they can and can't do physically. I also think it helps injuries recover a little faster. It was originally made for seniors to help them rebuild muscle during recovery, but it just happened to work for athletes too. And I don't endorse products for profit, I just do my homework before I use anything. Hope this helps.
