Ordered these to try for the first time and liked them! Made Italian Sausage with them. They are in need of small fingers to get them opened up and put on the stuffing tube but are nice and long compared to hog casings. I think they are fairly expensive-for a batch of 75 lbs of sausage this did about 45-50 lbs of it and cost $39 +$5 shipping. So it adds almost a dollar a pound to the cost of the batch. But the smaller links also thaw faster and grill quicker which I like. They did not ship it with tracking but it got here within a week. It’s a small enough pkg to fit in the mailbox.

They're exactly what I ordered.
They arrived before the date they gave me. They are nice, whole pieces without a bunch of holes. Perfect size for breakfast sausage and viennas.
