I go to the gym 5am before work and I just wanted to not feel groggy all the time. And since I already drink coffee I didn't want anything with caffeine. Also I'm wary of side effects.This morning was my first time taking any supplements that wasn't creatine or protein and it felt amazing. Pump was crazy and I felt stronger and more stable doing 90lb dumbbell bench. Will update if any side effects occur

The media could not be loaded. I have been using pre-workouts for many years, and have tried most of the leading brands. While they have fillers and other unnecessary composition this one just has what you need and also at the price you would love.

Gives me a great pump during workouts. I've ordered couple different flavors both are good.
