I hadn't expected very much from this as it was such a good price but was pleasantly surprised - I have worn it for over an hour in torrential rain and stayed completely dry. It is long enough to cover the tops of my long wellies and the hood fastens neatly and tightly. The zip is a little fiddly but that's not a big deal. It's very lightweight and easy to fit into my bag in case it rains. I bought my normal size and can wear it with a jacket or thin coat underneath. I'm so pleased to have found this.

Haven't worn it yet - am waiting for the rains so I can keep dry when poo picking my horses field etc. It is nice and roomy as I wanted to have the option of a coat underneath. Two way zip will be a massive advantage. Nice hood that can fasten and good cuffs. Hoping it will last so it can be used when walking perhaps. This product, although not yet tested, I think is good for the price. Prompt delivery also EDIT --- wore it today 3 Nov in the steady rain at the yard. Sorry but it was not waterproof. The inside was as wet as the outside. Very disappointed !!!!!

This has now been tested over the last week or so and not found wanting. I have given up the car and whilst I have a suitable array of coats I really needed mac like this to fill a gap when the weather is showery, but not cold. Firstly it is totally waterproof, whilst being light . It stood up to heavy rain in force 6/7 winds admirably with the velcro fitting at the bottom being very useful in combatting the strong winds. I tried it without using the hood (wore a hat) and then using the hood. I would recommend using it with the hood for total waterproofing.The hood is adjustable (velcro fitting on crown) and snug, although vision is a little restricted.I waited for a bus for 15 minutes in heavy rain and it performed admirably. I am sure those of you who have a short waterproof coat have found that the water simply runs down the coat and soaks the trousers. Obviously the water runs down this coat and the bottom of the trousers can get wet if out in the rain for any length of time. I have some lined waterproof trousers which deal with that for me.The vents (not at first apparent) ensure that you do not experience that horrible "sauna" effect inside the coat. The coat comes in a bag and I would suggest that if possible you take it with you as twice the weather has changed quite quickly from heavy rain, to bright sunshine and warm conditions, so much so that any coat is not needed. It does not take 20 minutes to get it into the bag and folding it very roughly it will still fit in, popping the whole thing into a shopping bag. The adjustable cuffs are also excellent.Are there any negatives ? Well I would have liked an inside pocket and trying to get anything out of a trouser pocket takes some doing, without unzipping the mac.I bought the 52/54 size which is a couple of inches above my usual size and have worn it with just a t-shirt underneath, then with jumper added and no problem (not yet tried with suit jacket ).

I didn't realise how much I needed this jacket! Wore to the coast on a weekend with severe weather warnings and it got my life together! Im around 5 foot 3 and it hit mid shin so paired with wellies, I didn't get wet at all, even with the rain and sea spray coming in at every angle. The sleeves were a great length, fully covering my hands if I wanted but with adjustable cuffs. Pockets with zips which were big enough for my phone and keys. The hood was the best feature for me, with toggles for adjusting and then velcro to tape across the neck. It feels quite tough and it also doesn't look too bad for the fact it's fully functional. Along with the price, I really can't find fault with it!

Does what it says on the packet! Waterproof, fits well. main zip poor quality and always a problem fastening and unfastening. But for the money, can't complain I guess.

Great Showerproof well worth the money and very happy.

What I can say this is a very pleasant looking, and wearing raincoat, lightweight in touch, and feel. I highly recommend this waterproof coat.

Encore un peu juste mais bon produit avec fermeture éclair plus du crash et bien long. Proposer une taille au-dessus.
