Perfect size
Weather finally good enough to ride my new bike, very happy with my purchase. The weight, size (perfect for my 5'2" height) handling and ease in shifting all great!Only mild disappointment I have is with the tires. Its more of a road bike then a hybrid.I may look into a different tire that will accommodate riding on different terrains.Overall a 4 star purchase and well worth the price.Note: had it shipped to my local bike shop which assembled it for 80.00, well worth any possible frustrationI could of caused myself.

Not a hybrid
Shipping weight is off - the box actually weighs about 32 lbs. (not 25, as listed on here), which makes the bike about 7 lbs. heavier than I expected. All in all, a great bike for a road-style bike, but not really a hybrid - the handlebars cannot be raised to be higher than the seat (unless you have REALLY short legs), and required me to purchase a different stem and a post extender to not be in "road bike position". I was planning on using the aero bars for when I wanted to ride in "road position", and the regular straight handlebar for more comfortable upright riding. Can't be done without alteration. Great if you're looking for a straight-bar road bike, but don't buy this one if you're looking for a hybrid.
