good book for preparing students for the B1 exam. I have used A1 and A2 before and they are equally good

I'd say that one still needs other supplemental materials in order to study properly for the exam (such as examples of the "fill in the blank paragraphs" if you're taking the TELC, more writing examples, word cards, etc.), but the level is very representative of how "heavy" the actual exam is. I aced the reading understanding section after a brief 2 week cram of studying with the help of this book.

niente da dire. la prof con cui ho fatto la sola preparazione dell'esame usava anche lei questo libro. io mi ci sono trovata benissimo.non ho fatto tutti gli esercizi del libro perchè la preparazione allo sprechen è praticamente superflua, e gli schreiben sono alla fine sempre gli stessi (per forza di cose!). sicuramente comprerò anche l'edizione per il b2 quando sarà il momento! arriverete agli esami sapendo veramente cosa vi aspetta.

Il libro e ben strutturato e gli esercizi sono facile da comprendere per chi deve studiare il tedesco. Il libro da un valido supporto anche per gli insegnati.purtroppo e molto difficili trovarlo, perché l'anno sistituito con una nuova versione per giovani che è poi senza CD. Questo è molto meglio e il prezzo è conveniente.

Excellent book for preparation. Not very big, but good exercises to get into the act. Best if you have already studied and just want to do exam preparation. This is not to be used for starting the course.
