Wastage of money
I am disappointed by this anti snore device as it didn’t help me at all. First challenge was to fix it in my mouth and it was uncomfortable. Secondly, it looked like my mouth can’t close and even my teeth couldn’t fixed in it. Just left unused after couple of trials.

Does the job - worth trying
I have sleep apnoea, and ordered this aid after the sleep clinic recommended I try one prior to having one professionally made-to-measure and fitted, and I was fortunate enough to be told exactly how far forward I should have my lower jaw compared with my normal bite and what to expect. It comes with a discreet box for storage, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. However, I have a small jaw and slightly misaligned teeth, so fitting the device was very awkward and required a few repetitions of heating to get the device malleable and fitting it until I could get it to sit properly over my upper and lower teeth, and my jaw was quite achey by the time I'd got it fitted. Once in, it's perfectly possible to breathe through the mouth if necessary, and is slightly uncomfortable but not at all painful.Sleeping with it obviously takes practice, as I had been warned it would, and it had been suggested to gradually build up the duration of use over a few days. I've used it for three nights now - for about two hours the first night, perhaps 6 the second and third. I find it's more difficult to get to sleep with something like this in your mouth, but once I was asleep, I think I slept better with fewer recorded incidences of apneoa on the monitor. It is making my jaw ache a bit, but that's getting easier and I'm told it's like stretching any other muscle - you'll adapt with time.To try and head off any dental/tooth health problems from using this device, I am also using some Blis 18 dental probiotics after cleaning my teeth in the evening and before inserting it. I shall update this review when I've got something more to report; but for now it seems to be good value for money compared with similar over-the-counter devices and worth a try.
