I already own two rollers (soft and mega hard) but on my last visit to my physiotherapist I saw they were using and selling these products so that was good enough for me. My Physio told me that if a roller is too firm you might not get the best out of using it (as you may tense up when rolling over the problem area). So I opted for this medium and it is perfect. It is super well made and very durable, I mean if you take sandpaper to it and a chisel it is obviously going to start shedding. However day to day use in the gym is is really solid and a very firm yet comfortable resistance on my Mid-upper back/lats and shoulder. It is actually enjoyable using this and you can feel it working wonders. So happy I bought this. I will be looking at Blackroll's other products as they are exceptionally well made and keep their shape when in use.

Had to replace my cheap test version from Aldi, as it was broken. As it's really useful I went for the real item and it seems more sturdy. There are no sharp implements and you use your own body weight to apply pressure where you want it. It's not as good as a real massage, but way better than no massage.

Very good product, robust and extremelly well made. Shame all instructions, flyers are in German though. There's a nice Android app on Google Play which I recommend.

Extremely fast delivery although the item came from Germany. very impressed services. I learnt about the Blackroll when I was visiting my friend in Germany a couple months ago and she had one and told me how much the blackroll has been helping her as she has always had pain in her hips. I gave it a try myself as I have a bad back because of my spinal condition. I have quite a few number of foam rollers and have used this one at a gym which I loved. The only downside in my opinion is that it’s slightly small in length but other than that, it’s great and a smaller size makes it more portable than other foam rollers.

Good roller although I wish it was a bit longer for my back. I used it for legs and back. It releases some tension in my muscles. Happy with the product. Thanks.

Couldn't have gone through pregnancy without this! Just using it on my back a few times a week helped to ease back pain and put bones back into place.
