The Dashcam arrived quickly and well packaged.The quality is 4k if using front camera only and if both front and rear cameras used its 2.5k front and 1080 P rear. It comes with SD card and trim tool to keep cables tidy. Camera can take a larger memory card up to 256GB.Installing the app was straightforward, as was linking it to my phone. Very easy to download videos to app.The basic install was really easy to do. If you want the parking collision / 24 hour monitoring then you need to also get a hardwiring kit which doesn't come with it. Customer services were really helpful in sending one to me as well as a video showing how to install. I have yet to hardwire so cannot comment on the parking monitoring.I had some issues with the stickers that attach the cameras but customer services were great in sending replacements and so far so good!The video also has important information displayed like time, date, exact GPS location and the speed at which you were travelling. Images/video is very good and crisp in both day and night.Very pleased with product, will be buying another for another family car and most definitely recommend! Great value for the price! Customer service is second to none!

The camera(s) deliver really good images. Both in 4k mode with the front camera and in 2.5k (front) or 1080p (rear) operation with two cameras. I bought it on Amazon prime day for €50 with an additional discount.Both the software and the hardware are completely convincing. The app has been replaced by the latest version (GKU Go), the cables are long enough for both the front and rear, a plastic lever is included for installing the cables, the adhesives hold the cameras well and the quality of the images as well as the operation via the app are convincing fully.But what impressed me most is the service. After the first installation, for whatever reason the rear camera didn't work. So contact us via WhatsApp. After a short inquiry, a bit of back and forth and a few screenshots from the app later I received the message that I was getting a new dashcam for free.5 days later the new dashcam arrived from GB.Now everything worked perfectly. The communication is of course in German and ultra-friendly. Unfortunately, I have never experienced anything like this in Germany.If I could I would give it more than 5 stars.

Purchased this device in Feb 2024. When writing this review it was October 2024 and now the device has issues. At the start device worked great and was quite happy with the purchase camera footage was of good quality from both cameras. Fast forward now the rear camera no longer records footage and the remaining front no longer records your geographic coordinates and speed. For a device to fail this quickly is poor. I have purchased dashcams in the past and have paid much less than this camera some to this day are still working. Would not recommend this model nor the company I contacted bestsee but no one replies contacted them by chat and have sent an email but recieved no responce so therefore advice people either planning to purchase this device or brand to think twice contry to the positive reviews

Bestsee dash cams are really great value for money with good picture quality and ease of set upI have two Bestsee dash cams in seperate vehucles and they have proved to be a great investment.I had a problem with one of them after about four months and contacted Bestsee and they talked me through potential remedies for the problem, unfortunately I couldn’t get the camera to function.Bestsee said they would replace the camera Immediately,free of charge no quibbling and I didn’t even have to return the defective one.The customer service is excellent and the products really are great value , giving more expensive dash cams a good run for their money and I thoroughly recommend them.

Brilliant quality dashcam, very understated screen, it just shows the time and date so it's not distracting. Easy to install, using electrostatic stickers so it's much more secure than some of the sucker types, and is easy to remove without leaving sticky marks, plus you get a little trim tool which is incredibly helpful.I hit a snag about 2 months in and the camera stopped working, I emailed their support team and Judy was very quick to reply and help me out with my issue, she's explained that the hardwire kit has a more stable connection than the 12v socket. Maybe the 12v plug has had a poor connection and has burned the camera out. No quibbles they're sending me a replacement with a hardwire kit so I'll update when that's installed.But I cannot fault the customer service, very quick to reply (they work 9.30-18.30 Beijing time so their replies are already there in the morning) and have easily solved my issue.

The dashcam arrived very quickly and was easy to install - front and rear cams can be installed in 10-15 minutes, and a handy crowbar is provided to hide cables underneath the car's interior trim. Build quality seems excellent, as is the picture/video quality (4k if using front camera only, 2.5K if both are used). The best feature, for me, however, is that the camera can connect to your phone via internal wifi, enabling videos and photos to be transferred to your phone (and from there to a laptop) for viewing on a bigger screen, which means you can see much more detail than on a camera screen alone. This really elevates this cam and makes it an excellent buy. The video also has potentially important information displayed too, including time, date, exact GPS location, and the speed at which you were travelling. This is a great dash/rear view cam.
