A set of 8, ball shaped strainers. I used one, while preparing some yellow rice over the holidays, and it worked a charm.I included bay leaves, cloves and cardamom pods, then turned the little clamp to close the strainer. The uncooked rice was washed, I added some cumin and turmeric powders, and placed the strainer ball in. It has a little metal hook, that you can attach to the edge of your cooking pot, and it doesn't interfere when it's time to put the lid on.The strainer was tough to open at first, but loosens up with time. It's easy to clean and store. No colour staining or abnormalities with the stainless steel material.Recommended! :)

I bought these to use with lemon verbena loose tea instead of teabags. I make them all up and store so they’re to hand. They are well made and easy to use. Would buy again.
