Started making my christmas gifts and this is perfect for a cousin. Easier to do than counted cross stitch. Have been crafting for a long time and instructions are pretty good. Very enjoyable. Used boiling water and the print came off without issue.

This is such a cute and fun project - be sure to divide your thread and you should have more than enough to complete the whole cat. Gift it to yourself or anyone who is stuck inside the internet desperately needing a break. I hope it helps them, it helped me! I really like the stencil print but am disappointed that no hoop was included.I’m sure it will look so nice on the wall when I’ve finished it

I used to do counted cross stitch. My old eyes can no longer do counted. The stamped cross stitch is perfect. So easy. Any beginner can do this. I had enough floss. The background colors all washed off when I completed the stitching. Many people are confused by the colors on the canvas not matching the floss. They are not supposed to match!!! Please read the instructions. Others are forgetting to soak the canvas in lukewarm warm water when completed. All the lines and all the pattered colors will wash away.

I am just about to start this project, but I've done two different kits already during the pandemic after many years of not touching any cross stitch. I had found an old project from a different company after I did the first Maydear kit and it was so much more complicated to complete. The fabric and thread was lower quality and even though it was stamped, it was all in one color so you had to count which colors went where. These patterns are beautiful when complete and I'm so enjoying having something to do with my time. Its helped me relax with the constant news coming at us. I love the variety of patterns and I've already ordered my fourth kit to work on after I complete this.

This is the first time I'm doing a cross stitch project since I was a teen. Love it. I could figure it out from the way it is organized. Very helpful the way the colors are displayed and organized already for you. It is soothing once you get started. Easy to put down and pick right back up. Look forward to it when I have pockets of time.

I like the printed fabric and having the treads (hopefully) in the kit. The one sent me appears to have been a return and was repackaged/no longer in original package, so I am not sure if everything needed was included in the package. Hoping if I find I am missing anything that the seller is responsive, but will update when I have more information.I do not recommend these kits for beginners - I have done a previous one and the thread amounts are very close to what is needed without any waste. The tread is not high quality, has slubs, and tangles easily which would be very frustrating for a beginner and likely lead to insufficient thread to complete the project if you are not experienced in removing knots.

Bigger than I expected, and came early. Colours are exactly what I wanted. Excellent price! (Wasn’t sure at that price)
