It works, with adjustments. Tanks with a height of 9” or less with have issues with the skimmer.No instructions, so adjusting the outflow flow rate is a hassle. Works once it’s setup, but will need adjustments as the water evaporates. If you have a lid on your aquarium make sure the skimmer is not touching the lid. Works on a Fluval 106 filter, with hose adjustments.

I'll get this out of the way right up front. I ordered them on the 20th of Feb 2018 with the promise of a 23rd Prime delivery. They arrived today on the 27th and did not ship until the 24th. I think more and more sellers are offering with no intention of following through on the shipping.I've written and pulled it twice prior and have not been so torn about a review, especially for something so inane.The pipes look to be well constructed, but beyond that there are problems.The outflow pipe looks to be a directional adjustment pipe with the larger bulkhead at the outlet; it is not and is fixed in place.The pipe retainers (clips) that hold the pipes to the take will only ever work for rimless or a max of 10-20 gallon tanks (i.e. cheap and thin tank glass and rims).The skimmer is visibly worthless in its current configuration, was I planning on keeping them skimmer will be turned off.The shaft length inside the tank is only 9" so anythingI wanted to give this a fairer 3.5 star rating, but as such is not possible I will give it a 3 with a strong negative on the shipping, and the retention brackets.I would recommend these for a small tank as previously described, but not for anything with a wall height of more than 12", or a glass thickness of more than 1/4 inch.Do not believe the Prime Shipping promise (which I see is now gone).
