Bought this to wear to work. Love the fit, quality and look of it. True to size, comfortable, thick, has clasp buttons - looks good open or closed.

I have been looking for a boucle or tweed cropped jacket but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This sweater is a tight knit that could pass for a heavier weight fabric. I am 5’ 4”, 149 lbs. with a smaller upper body. I ordered the medium and the fit is nice and closes without any pulling. I can easily wear a blouse underneath without feeling stuffed into it but it’s not so big that a it would be too loose when paired with a camisole or tee. It will look chic with jeans and a casual top or polished with a blouse and slacks. Be aware that the white is more ivory or winter white than a true white, which is what I was hoping for anyway.

Absolutely delighted with this purchase. It was better than expected. Sweater is a nice weight and pattern, elegant buttons (and I have a button problem lol). Fit was true to size and looks very expensive. I'm more than happy.

This sweater jacket I ordered in a medium because I was thinking of layering. I’m 5’2” and weigh about 125. I’m typically a small but I can wear a med depending on the style. It’s a very pretty sweater jacket but it’s too big in the shoulders and arms. I wish more Amazon sellers would offer petite sizes. It’s got to go back.

I am 5’3” and 120 lbs. Size small is slightly larger but doable. The sleeves are long. But this sweater is BEAUTIFUL. It came wrapped in typical plastic without wrinkles. Quality very good.

I actually purchased all four colors, the black in both S and M. But first, Vine Voice reviewers, do those of us who purchase a favor and give SIZING information, rather than it's soft, warm and versatile. Me: 5'3, 125-130, petite hourglass with long torso, short arms. The jacket is an almost exact dupe stylewise of a JC lady jacket costing 4-5 times the price. Theirs is a cotton boucle (nubby) while this one is a soft, smooth nylon/polyester/viscose blend which may pill. I'll hand wash or machine wash delicate and dry flat; dry cleaning will probably yellow the white and dryer heat may shrink the viscose component. The fit is cropped as pictured, with generous arms (length and width) and to me generous width. Again, 5'3, 125-130, 34DD and ultimately the S fit better than M although I could wear M and it would be fine, just more material under arms and in sleeves. It hits just below my waist. I'd call it a mid-weight stretchy smooth knit. Not super warm but good for transitional weather, cool evenings, cold homes or offices. Living in FL I'll only be able to wear in winter and for travel. Dress it up or dress it down, it can go with or over many things. No problem with the hook and eyes, just treat gently. The navy is a purpley bright/cobalt blue which I returned. Kept black, lovely medium gray (heathered) and waiting on white. A great facsimile and more reasonable price if you like the lady jacket look. It does arrive vacuum packed with some folds which can be carefully steamed out.Editing to note I received the white which is a creamy white (almost ivory) not stark white. Tried it on with a white tank and there was noticeable difference. Beautiful in the white though. HTH!
