One works fine and the oil is great and strong
I brought two. One works fine and the oil is great and strong. The second diffuser doesn't work. The charging light constantly flash red but doesn't send power to the diffuser.I have sent a message to the dealer and will update my rating once I receive a reply.

Mist did not work and it leaked all the water out through the bottom
I received two of these as a gift and was so excited. I followed the instructions and filled the water correctly and added a couple of drops of oil. I turned it on and set the lights. The lights worked great and it was very pretty. I let them both run in separate rooms for about half an hour, but mist never came out of either one. When I went to take a closer look, I saw that all the water was leaking out through the bottom. I tried dumping them out and seeing if there was any way to stop the water from leaking out of the bottom. If there is, I cannot seem to figure it out. Since this was a gift, I have no way of returning the items. I will be purchasing diffusors to replace the two I received, but I definitely will not buy another Natures Release diffusor.
