Missing one the initials requested. Since this is not a returnable item, I have to wait to see how is going to be resolved. I hope I don’t have to pay for postage since it was not my mistake.Update:True to their statement, I received today a new necklace with the correct engraving! This is greatly appreciated that this Seller corrected the mistake.I highly recommend them!!!!

Do not order from Oak and Luna. For their prices they should have a refund policy. Their jewelry is definitely not worth the price and their customer service is awful. Best to stick wih repitable brick and mortar stores. How can you send an email one day and say the order has not even been created and when I try to cancel with my bank all of a sudden the next day it miracuoouly shipped.

A complete waste of money. They should have engraved on both sides. It doesn’t matter how I move the necklace it always ends up hanging with the non engraved side showing.
