I ordered two of these and neither work! I returned them but still have not received a refund!

Arrived very quickly and works great...
I have as special needs son who seems to go through these remotes very quickly. Typically, he will get about 4-6 months out of this type of remote. But recently, I've had problems with them sometimes only lasting a few days. I decided to try a different seller and I am hopeful that this time he will get a few months out of this remote. I am pleased with the fast service and so far so good.
