BENT PRODUCT! BAD QUALITY! AVOID
The media could not be loaded. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! PRODUCT BENT OUT OF SHAPE! Product does not come with anything g to hand the decorations, and the picture inside the glass you cannot even see! I ordered 2 and both you couldn't see the photo. The worst part is you cannot refund (it has arrived damaged and bent!) So doesn't matter about it being personalised it is still faulty and I should be entitled to my money back or a replacement item!AVOID THIS SELLER!

For the price I can’t complain
Very happy with this item given the price paid. I’d have preferred the photo to be the right way up rather than on the wonk but I can put up with that. Doesn’t come with any ribbon so make sure you’re prepared with some!

Don’t Buy
Don’t waste your money. The ornament was supposed to show a photo of my father in law as a memorial for our Xmas tree. The item is that small that you can’t see any photo at all, it might as well just be a tiny bead of glass/plastic. There is no image available to see at all. Non returnable, so more like a scam to take people’s money
