PERFECT FOR MY BACK PORCH, AND SAFE AROUND MY DOG (WHO PHOTOBOMBED ME) YOU NEED TO GET THE GEL CANISTERS. THEY BURN PERFECT IN THIS.

Nice but developed a hairline crack
I loved this when i rec'd it and it was nice on my front porch table with a lovely little fire at night - pretty and crackling sound was lovely. It developed a hairline crack out of nowhere after the time i could return it. I'm hoping it stays hairline and doesn't progress or it will be trash. The cans you use for it are expensive and a one time use. I tried to use on 2x and it wouldn't light even though i closed it up tight.

Needs Better Presentation
Gave this as a Christmas gift and when recipient opened it, they said what is this? Then pulled out pieces and got more confused. “Is it a toilet bowl?” he asked. It did look like one, is more long and angular than pictures on Amazon capture. Would be helpful if the maker had a photo of the firepit in use on the box when it is opened. Disappointing gift giving experience. :(

The weight and stability
Size, weight, and stability are perfect . It is safe to use. I use it as an accent to my fireplace. I love it!

Not bad...
There are small imperfections in the paint and some spots are not smooth. There aren't as many rocks as in the item pictures, but this is much cheaper than the name brand version. I'm keeping it, I'd rather buy more rocks than pay more than twice as much for the expensive version. It was well packaged so I'll say quality control is the only issue.

Just lovely
Gave as a gift and they loved it. Added marshmallows,, chocolate , graham cracker and roasting forks. A super Christmas gift

Neat accent, but extremely overpriced for what it is.
Overall a neat little accent, but that is all it literally is. It doesn't put off heat, nor does it burn for long. I use the canned fuel. I also tried liquid isopropyl alcohol, but the flame was not nearly as high as with the gel fluid and it didn't burn for long at all. A unique little accent piece, but extremely overpriced .
