Forno 5 Wood Burning Pizza Oven Color: Copper

I received this as a gift for my 40th birthday and it is such a delight! I have cooked pizza, bread, fish, meat and veggies in this oven. My neighbours are (thankfully) very tolerant of the occasional wood smoke smells. it is extremely easy to assemble and use - please do make sure that you check the alignment of each piece before fixing together as the instructions do no have 'warning!' notes to get you to check things are the right way round - take particular care with the handle-holes in the legs, for example.I assembled this without assistance, through to putting the oven onto the stand. You will definitely need two people to complete the assembly process. Assembly will take about an hour. All the tools you need are included.You get: the oven, a cooking tray and wire grill tray, log-holder and built-in thermometer. For pizza making, you will need to invest in some lang-handled pizza oven tools as the heat from this oven is phemonenal.The thermometer is a little puzzling - I am not sure that it gives an accurate reading of internal temperatures. A top tip is to make sure you build a fairly big fire with fairly small logs in the middle of the oven and 'sweep' the embers and burning logs to one side seconds before putting in your first pizza. This will ensure your brick-oven base is hot enough. The five-minute thing is also not realistic. You will need longer to build up a good head of heat before starting to cook, but we have found that 45 minutes is plenty long enough in terms of pre-heating.Finally, it looks absolutely stunning. The Copper tonder one is beautiful and will grace any patio. I have had many interested and admiring glances from neighbours and guests. As a last 'PS', someone commented that, come hurricane season, everyone will be at my house for their oven-cooked food, which is reassuring for me as I am a bit of a 'prepper'!Love this and I do not hesitate to recommend it.
