Definitely pushes out a great volume of air through the radiator on my 1955 Austin Healey!
Old english cars are prone to poor coolant circulation through their old radiators. Most owners upgrade to either a recored original radiator or an new aluminum radiator with a brand new core. With modern traffic they can still suffer from the fear of overheating and a 'pusher' electric fan infront of the radiator is a common approach for stop/start problems.I had installed a 11in fan previously on the front of my radiator but was looking for a newer fan with more CFM. The 12in SPAL fan offered 1250 CFM (twice the power of the previous fan) and fitted well infront of the radiator, fitting well within the clearance between the radiator and the subframe.Without the fan going my Healey would hit 200+ degrees within 10 minutes of being stationary! With the new fan running I ran the car stationary for 20 minutes with the radiator & fan able to keep the coolant to 170 degrees! Thoroughly recommend this fan!

Moves ALOT of Air.
Spal fans are known to be used by Nascar and you will see why. These fans move ALOT of air. This model is rated at 1226cfm and I think that is a close estimate.Great company and Great Fans.I put them on all of our projects.Don't be fooled by CHEAP Chinese No Name fans that don't move near as much air for cooling.THESE WORK!!

It's An Air-Flow Beast!
Worked perfectly for my garage roof vent fan, being driven by PV, controller and 12V battery. Moves a lot of air, but it is quite loud.

Perfect
I installed this as a auxiliary cooling fan with a variable speed control box and a three way switch. For its size it does its job well. Solid construction and not noisy at all. I went with a Spal unit because of their reputation for quality and I'm glad I did.
