Exactly as advertised
Seems to work well so far. Only downside is the resistance bands could use a little more resistance. Great for at home workouts, no real issues with the product so far

Si quieres hacer ejercicio en tu casa, algo casual pero exigente si te lo propones, este artículo es ideal, claro, con algo de ayuda en YouTube.Lo calificó, como una excelente experiencia, consideró que esta hecho de buen material y no nesecitas mucho espacio para guardarlo.El primero que pedí, me llegó incompleto, hice el proceso para devolverlo y ya a los tres días lo tenía de nuevo, también calificó con 5 estrellas al proveedor por esta mala experiencia inicialmente.Agradezco su compromiso.

Great buy! The husband loves it and it’s a awesome addition to our calisthenics workouts. The hands are hard and fit snug in place. This is a plus, you don’t want the handles slipping out in the middle the of a workout.

I was expecting to use this to work out at home. It’s pretty good for once in a while if you can’t go to the gym but it’s not all inclusive. The elastic bands are good quality but the board and handle could be better. I got it to help with form but the handle is too hard on the wrist and actually makes it more difficult to get a good push up in
