Oh my sweetness - I am such a sucker for a Daddy Dom and Jasper is definitely one of the best!! The Barista did some of his best work in this addition to the Creature Cafe series.Alex is a man who just wants someone who will accept him and everything he wants in a relationship. You know - a little pain, humiliation and a Daddy he could call his own. He is such a kind soul that has an adventurous side.Jasper, the orc Daddy that finally got to let all his sides shine bright when the Barista set him up with his mate. I love how he knew just how to treat and love Alex from the beginning. I fell in love with Jasper at the first time I saw him appear in this series and was ecstatic when he got his match.Clio keeps making me fall in love with this series more and more with the slow story arc of the Barista’s developing within each book while still being able to focus on the characters that are featured in each book. Each story is unique in its own way and it never fails that I fall for each couple. This is action and emotionally packed with spice that’s hotter than Hades itself and just the right amount of humor, heartfelt and serious moments. Once again - I loved this addition and can’t wait to see who gets matched next!

I can’t believe I jumped into this series just thinking it would be a cute little book. It’s become SO MUCH MORE. I can’t believe Evans has created this world so quickly, so beautifully, so fully. I loved seeing so much more of the monster/human world. The love that Alex and Jasper share is so SO hot, and warm and loving. I loved seeing the Orc world and how everything fits. On to the next one!

Definitely one of my favorites of the series so far. An orc and male human are brought together and wow the scenes are explosive!!The 'daddy' kink is definitely highlighted throughout the book. Touch and die, mate mine are also very prevalent.Definitely recommend!!!

I love it that neither Jasper or Alex had any doubts. They were all in from the jump and it was refreshing

Clio does it again! I don't know how she does it, but each novella just gets hotter and hotter. I'm going to need to know what she sprinkles into each book that makes it impossible not to love and choose a favorite in this series. Kilts, inhumanly sized pierced baguettes, d@ddy k¡nks, and delicious hunting games 🥵. D@ddy K¡nk is usually one that can easily be a hit or miss for me, but Jasper, the Orc, was a total hit for me.Jasper has now approached the Barista with the demand that he find his fated mate. Now that the Barista has somewhat come to terms with the situation involving Lucifer, he agrees. Pairing him with a human named Alex, a lawyer and comic book artist, who has always been affraid to ask for what his true desires are.The moment these two meet, the undeniable chemistry and attraction is immediate. Both come to an agreement to go on a few dates and get to know each other for two weeks, before officially deciding if their connection is real or not, then taking a trip out to Jasper's hunting lodges. And once those two weeks are over, boy does the steam level rise skyhigh.At that lodge is where the real fun begins. Not only do we get to see just how much of a loving softy but commanding Orc Jasper is, we also get to see his Daddy/Dominant side of him. But always making sure he has Alex's pleasure and safety in mind. I loved how he made sure to bring up certain topics that I dont see as much in other monster romances. Such as Dom after care, boundaries, needs, and his Orc nature. All while protecting Alex when danger and the Barista's problem came knocking at their door.At this point I want each and every monster from the Creature Cafe series for myself. I'm excited to see whats next for two certain angels and being one step closer to the Barista's book. But at the same time I'm sad the series is close to coming to an end. Clio really had proven time and time again why she is my favorite author.

I really enjoyed this book because I have an intense love of Orcs and in this volume you get a good look into Orc culture - as per Clio Evans, of course! Jasper was such an interesting character and I'm so happy that he got his HEA. There's a slightly darker undercurrent in this book as we get closer to the final showdown with Lucifer and things are really starting to heat up in this world. I loved the Orc games and how they have no prudish boundaries when it comes to sex and nudity. We also meet a Satyr, as a secondary character, and I really hope we see more of Will and Gregg. I love the pairing of an Orc and Satyr. Another great read and I'll be really sorry for the series to end! Two thumbs up!

These two are polar opposite in personality. Jasper reminds me of the grumpy MMC to Alex's sunshine.I like that this one was more in nature and we got to see some more of the world. The Barista is trying to save everyone but it's getting closer to the big final battle we can all feel it.

The cozy atmosphere of Creature Cafe just got steamy when Jasper entered the scene. Jasper is an orc who wants to find love and goes to the Barista to find it. It is here that the Barista matches him up with Alex, who is Jasper’s perfect match. This is hands down my favourite novella in the Creature Cafe series so far. Jasper and Alex have this adorable yet delicious relationship. I mean those two could set the world on fire because their chemistry is full of sparks. Jasper and Alex have this electric love that just drew me in like a moth to a flame or a sailor to a siren call. Their story will be permanently tattooed in my brain.

Monster daddies are the best! Another thrilling chapter in this series, I’m almost sad to be so close to finishing it. Full of primal play, and humiliation play and O denial. They are both so unbelievably cute together and had me in almost in tears more than once 🥹

I liked this, but the daddy thing isn't really my scene, so I didn't love this as much as the others. It was still entertaining.

Sad there's only 2 more left of this series coming soon but I'm excited. I loved this book just like all the others. another good book in an amazing series.
