Great for hand eye coordination and brain training!!
My husband loves this! Some guys at the gym had one and he bought one. He loves it! It looks easy but it's not but with practice you get better. It's supposed to help the brain which is important as we get older! We bought a few for Christmas gifts. It's a great quality and a really good exercise, physically and mentally!!

Would have liked them had they been made for children size heads and arm length
