nice looking speakers that have a clear sound but lack enough bass so a lot of music or films will sound tinny unless you can run them through an extra programme to improve the bass , apart from that nice clean tidy speakers which sit nicely at the side of my monitor

looks nice but do not sound nice. Bass and low notes causes heavy distortion even at low to moderate volume levels. I shortly returned this item after testing. Not good enough.

These USB speakers look great. They feel solid and have a nice black rubberised finish with cherry red accents to the front. The blue power illumination is nice and there is also a headphone jack provided. I bought them because they only needed one USB cable to carry both power and audio. So far so good, that is until I plugged them in. I was immediately greeted with a static crackle and hum and whilst some fiddling with cable placement reduced this, the hum was always there. Some might live with it OK and playing music certainly covered up any unwanted noise but I found it a bit annoying when my PC was doing nothing. The hum was mainly in the powered right speaker, was not related to volume and was apparent with the sound turned completely off. Perhaps the specified magnetic shielding is not doing what it should here but interference does seem to be a common problem with other brands of USB powered speakers that rely on a single cable. When playing music they are certainly a vast improvement on my laptop's built in speakers but the sound is a little flat and the bass indistinct. Also I was sometimes aware of minute volume fluctuations, a little reminiscent of the wow and flutter problems on old magnetic tapes. There is a built in feature on these speakers which Sweex call Dynamic Range Control but I was unable to determine what that actually did. The user set up instructions offer no more clues here and are as good as useless, carrying merely a few photographs of the speakers with arrows pointing to the power switch and volume controls. After some time experimenting I eventually gave up trying to get a half decent interference free sound and put them back in the box. I wish the peformance matched the asthetics of these speakers but I am afraid they are going back to Amazon.

Week after purchasing one speaker stops working. The sound quality sounds worse than my phone. Wouldn't buy again

Poor quality, mag shielding doesn't work at all, good style and design though. But that's what you get when you buy something on its looks instead of its function.

Ich habe lange gesucht nach eine gute PC Lautsprecher mit gutem Klang. Diese von Sweex sind Top. Gute Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und das beste eine tollen Klang. Auch bei Spiele.

Altavoces de alimentación y audio todo en un mismo USB. De aspecto atractivo pero acabado mejorable. Comprados para reemplazar mini-altavoces Harman-Kardon estropeados de un Apple G4-cubo, el sistema los reconoce bien.Aunque tiene una rueda de control de volumen, la sensibilidad de entrada es tan baja que obliga a bajar el audio de salida del ordenador al mínimo. A a un volumen razonable, bajando también el volumen desde iTunes, el sonido es entonces limpio para música clásica (sinfonía, piano, violín y ópera) pero algo estridente o metálico, con exceso de agudos en pop-rock, para mi gusto. No conseguí un ajuste del ecualizador de iTunes que me acabara de convencer (sin perseguir volumen alto). Además, en los pasajes más tenues de clásica (como el pasaje adagio de Sevilla de Albéniz), el sonido dejaba de ser tan claro, distorsionando un poco.Si por el contrario dejaba la rueda del volumen de los altavoces al mínimo y subía la de salida del ordenador, el sonido era bastante más estridente y menos limpio. No me convence tener que hacer tantos ajustes para tener un sonido agradable, parecido al de los altavoces anteriores.He encontrado comentarios muy positivos de Krator N2-20U03, por lo que he devuelto los Sweex y comprado los Krator (antes por el mismo precio, ahora veo que por 16 euros!)

Evidemment à ce prix là, il ne faut pas s'attendre à ce qu'il y ait énormément de basses, il n'empêche que les enceintes sont vraiment très belles, niveau design c'est impeccable, et étant que mon but premier était d'entendre plus mon PC que les bruits extérieurs, je suis complètement comblée par ce produit! super rapport qualité/prix!!!

Die SP201 Purephonic 2.0 Lautsprecher Set (20 Watt, USB) rot von Sweex kamen gut an in einem stabilen Karton. Darin hat man auch noch eine kleine Anleitung, die man aber nicht benötigt. Im Vergleich mit ähnlichen waren sie schon ein mal günstig als ich diese gekauft habe mit gerade ein mal 13,00 (nun kosten sie gerade 22,66).Das Aussehen ist toll und passt prima zu jedem PC/Monitor. Auch die Verarbeitung ist gut. Dank der angebrachten Kabel sind sie schnell aufgestellt und angeschlossen und wurden von meinem HP-Laptop mit Win10 auch sofort erkannt. Nur noch einschalten und Lautstärke regeln und man kann weiter Spiele spielen, Musik hören oder Videos gucken. Prima auch der Anschluss über USB und dass man sie extra ausschalten kann.Leider konnte der Klang mich nicht überzeugen. Im Vergleich zu den Vorgängern klingen diese farblos und langweilig. Kein bisschen Bass.Und der Sound ist hier nun mal das Wichtigste.Zum Glück war dann doch nur das abnehmbare Audiokabel (Stecker hatte einen Wackelkontakt) an meinen alten kaputt und ich hab Ersatz gefunden. Diese sind auch nicht teuer gewesen (SoundSOUL Wasserspiel-Lautsprecher,Lautsprecher mit farbigem Wasserspiel,,Musikbrunnen Lautsprecher, Lautsprecher mit bunten Lichtffekten für PC, Mac, MP3-Player, kosten z.Z. 18,99), aber der Klang ist eben super.Genau die richtigen Tiefen, Höhen und ein bisschen Bass, eben wie ich es mag und für mich sein soll. Und man hat das Gefühl er kommt nicht von den Boxen links und rechts, sondern aus der Mitte, da wo das Bild/Film im Monitor ist. Ich kann voll aufdrehen und nichts verzerrt oder übersteuert. dazu hat man im Dunkeln witzige Lichteffekte je nach Sound. Leider fehlt hier ein extra Ein/Aus-Knopf. Ich muss entweder das USB-Kabel aus dem Lapi ziehen oder sie über ein extra-Netzteil an eine normale Steckdose anschließen. Sonst funktionieren die Lichteffekte nicht, Sound geht über das normale Soundkabel (3,5mm Klinke).Fazit: Gutes muss nicht teuer sein, aber leider hapert es diesen eigentlich coolen Lautsprechern am Klang.
