Love this water flosser, it leaves my teeth so clean. Having used a plug in water flosser before I thought this would be less powerful but I was so wrong. This flosser is very powerful with 3 different settings which is great if your teeth feel sensitive. The charge so far has been really good, having used for nearly a month twice a day and not needing to charge yet. It’s a really easy to use, good quality and nice looking product. Really recommend!

Looks great, works well, but very annoying to refill and tank is not as large as would like. Plenty of modes, battery seems to last well and charges fairly quickly.

After my trusty Panasonic flosser died, its bulky charging base put me off replacing it with the same model. So I decided to try one of the generic cheap options prevalent here on Amazon. It was ok for the price, but just felt cheap from design to materials, After 3 months it stopped charging. Upon opening it to remove the battery for recycling, I found the insides were all wet. You clearly get what you pay for.Looking for replacement options I stumbled upon the Ordo flosser at what looked to be a fair price compared to the big brandsAnd wow, what a revolution. The flosser is packaged beautifully and almost without plastic while the unit itself is made with the type of material you want to handle in a bathroom. It just oozes thoughtful design.The pros+seems more powerful, but also more gentle than other units i've owned+well considered and ergonomic design (you can't hide from the size and proportions of a water flosser, but this does it well)+button lock for travelling is a very welcome addition+a real company with support and a 2 year warranty+a comprehensive, well written and illustrated instruction manualThe negatives-The buttons are a bit too easy to press accidentally, i wish they had longer travel or were more recessed.-as others have mentioned, the tip storage is far too difficult to open- perhaps this will loosen with useThe tank size is perfect in my opinion, yes you do have to refill it during thorough flossing, but i'd rather this than a larger and heavier unit.In summary, yes you pay a slight premium for the Ordo over generic 'no brand' models, but it is an infinitely better product and in my opinion puts the established brands' pricing to shame.This product absolutely nails it for price and quality.

I thought that I would try this after having 2 Water Pik Cordless Advanced devices over 2 years but they both eventually failed. This device is much better as it holds more water, doesn't lose power as the battery drains, has a lock so you don't accidentally spray the bathroom and is easier to keep clean. The cleaning between my teeth as a result of the battery, is far superior to the old device and it's similar in power to my corded Water Pik. I much prefer this unit and I will replace with the same one when it eventually needs replacing. I also like the antibacterial coating.The only con that I can think of is that the head doesn't rotate, but that doesn't really bother me.

The product works well and does the job. However, mine came with a small scratch on it and the travel bag was falling apart when taken out of the box.
