We get a lot of questions from the customers. Please go through the following FAQs first - Is the zipper and carrying straps durable? Yes. Our zippers are durable and smooth. Top carrying straps have good tactile, so it feels comfortable to carry. We also used reinforced spikes which are not easy to get oxidized. Does it include a key ring holder? It includes a key buckle inside the main compartment. So, you don't have to dig into hundreds of item. Does it include any laptop or phone compartment ? It has a waterproof pocket to put your phone and other important stuffs away from water even when baby make the clothing wet. Unfortunately, the pocket is not big enough to hold the laptop. Are the front bottle pocket insulated? Yes, we used aluminium foils inside the pockets to keep the baby milk warm. What's the comfort level of the shoulder straps? We used an enlarged carrying straps to protect your shoulder. You can also carry it at the back or attach it to the stroller using the stroller straps. How easy it is to find an item inside the bag? We have included a zip on the back side of the bag. So, you can easily reach the bottom of the bag to find essential items.
