love the drain but the strainer came broken... i don't want to send the whole product back but hoping the manufacture will send me a replacement!

I loved the idea of this and it worked for a while but when i take baths it doesnt close right and causes a vibration with the suction and ihave to take the drain thing out and put it on without it to make it stop.

Dog gets a bath every few weeks... by bath time I forgot how to remove the basket and struggled to get it out. Either it was way more clogged than it can handle or I’m a dummy (could be a dummy) but I got tired of messing with it and now use the old fashioned plastic hair covers which work fantastically.

there are 2 adapter nuts, i need a slightly smaller one, was told they did not have any other sizes, should state size of adapter nuts in the description so i did not have to buy it and then go through the hassle of returning it

Did not fit drain although I measured my drain it broke when i tried to make it fit

This product was to be used as intended, in a bath tub, to keep my wife’s thick and curly hair out of the pipes. As another reviewer stated, this item did not fit therefore it didn’t work. I tried a small bit of force in order to get it into the drain and the basket cracked and broke!I’m a measure twice, cut once kind of guy and I’m as sure as a hot July day that my drain was the correct size! I’m tired of snaking my pipes every few months and thought this would work but no dice!
