Teddy bear party
Great for Teddy bears, cats or dogs. OK value for money, the pompoms fall off the sticky dots. Took a while to put together, I wouldn't be keen to do it again, but they did look nice.

It’s not rocket science, just follow the instructions. They also fit adults and children too.

they came on time and that gave me the time to fix the elastic to them which was alittle bit of a chore

The hats are not very good, they are two small for adults, you need to construct them and to keep there shape you need to bend the card around a bottle or something. You even have to try and fit elastic string and the sticky pads to hold the pom-poms on the top of the hat are a waste of time. Mine are now in the recycle bin with all the other junk.
