I think it's personal choice, but I really like the scent of these...to me it smells like a spa treatment. I suffer with bouts of nausea due to an inner ear condition... I do believe that it is helpful on some level, although it has not be "earth shattering" in success. I believe to be safer than taking medications, even the naturopathic options. It is basically a floral base scent... lavender is clear... I think it's worth a try. I know some reviewers have said they didn't care for the smell... personal choice. I think it is worth a shot. I will update if there is anything new to report or any issues.UPDATE: 7/22/2015... I have an inner ear condition that causes nausea and some other issues. I have tried this a couple of different times with very good success. After the first success, I thought it could have just been a coincidence and carefully checked other times with varying degrees of intensity in the nausea. Even at the most intense moments, I found Quease Ease to be very helpful and effective. In fact, I think I will be investing in a few more to have on hand. If you suffer from chronic nausea I would highly recommend you try one... it can't hurt. I imagine it might not work for everyone. I feel encouraged that it has worked fairly well for me.UPDATE: 8/4/2015.... Had a particularly rough stomach day this week (actually 2 in a row) and I used Quease Ease a lot in the mornings. I believe it really, truly helped. Maybe it's because I am taking deep breaths and trying to relax? I don't know. But I do believe the Quease Ease is a part of the positive result I continue to experience. I carry one in my purse to use any time, any where.UPDATE: 8/27/2015.... Just got back from a family cruise to Alaska. It was the "inner" passage which is supposed to be fairly "calm" in the summer... of course, it wasn't the whole time. We have 3 of the 7 days when it was very rough and "sea like." The Quease Ease literally saved me. I used it for several hours off and on. I managed to stay calm and not vomit. It REALLY eased the nausea. And I have to admit that every time it works, I am STILL genuinely surprised, although grateful! No matter what the cause of your nausea is, I highly recommend you try this. Just one. And I hope it will work for you with as much success as it has been for me. I am convinced it works.UPDATE: 7/6/2016.... Still using these and sharing them with others who suffer with nausea for various reasons. I've also shared one with a friend who suffers with attacks of anxiety. She has found that these inhalers also help her to feel more calm relatively quickly. I've also shared with a friend who is an Oncologist and reports that several patients have had very positive results with nausea. Honestly, I keep on at my nightstand, my bathroom and my purse. It's drug free and as long as you are not allergic to the essential oil used, there isn't anything to be afraid of in terms of side effects. You can use as often as necessary without concerns. I love this! Who would have thought to put these scents together to prevent nausea. I was given this after surgery as a disc to wear. I had to purchase this to keep with me for my migraines. The canister is sturdy and it helps save money on not having to purchase medications. I do wish I could find it in the disc's. That worked lovely. But this is compact and easy to carry.

I have had nausea & vomiting everytime I eat since Thankgiving Day, (it is now mid-June) and taking prescription nausea medications provides little to no help at all. And has NEVER failed to provide relief. The scent is fragrant and soothing and the price low enough to keep one by your bed, one in your purse, one at work, one in the car, your pocket, etc., anywhere convenient. (Be sure to keep a new one handy to share!). I introduce them to pregnant friends who are struggling with morning sickness and are not comfortable using prescribed medications, and they fall in love with them after the first sniff of the inhaler. This is the sixth one I have purchased in my life. All the ones before it were used up during my ex-wife’s two pregnancies. It settled her stomach and she could use it freely without fear of toxic side effects. I have also lost a few to the kids using it during their bouts with the stomach flu. I’m sure there are a couple of these tubes that have either rolled under their beds or somehow wedged in between the mattress and box springs. Then again since these tubes are semi-affordable, we probably didn’t want to chance another breakout so we just tossed them in the trash.So, I keep one on hand for when I get the stomach bug since my two little ones keep bringing it home from grade school. Most of the time now, I just hand out the one I have to a friend who’s gotten the bug and/or who has become pregnant. Ironically, when I had a case of the light-bends from scuba diving, I didn’t have one of these things handy, but I wish I did.Get this item for yourself and you will be so thankful when that time comes when your head is chin deep in your toilet. Otherwise, get it for someone else and you will become a hero.

I purchased this Quease Ease Aromatic Inhaler because it is absolutely amazing. The first time I used this product was when I was in the hospital after a surgery. I was waking up from anesthesia that made me nauseous and the nurse handed me this Quease Ease. I immediately felt relief and was amazed by how well it worked. When I came home I immediately logged onto Amazon and ordered this inhaler. I am so glad I did because I had used it several times after it arrived. I ended up giving the first one I bought to my pregnant step daughter who was also amazed at how well it worked for her pregnancy nausea. I ordered another one for myself and will probably always have this inhaler on hand now. I absolutely love this product and am so glad that someone was able to create this. I know I have told everyone I can think of about this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants fast relief of nausea. I hope my review helps you decide to try this product because it is absolutely amazing. I’m sure it probably doesn’t work for everyone as we all have different body chemistries, but it sure did work for me and my family.

With this stuff, life is tolerable once again.
