Unfortunately despite ordering the exact same version of this cartridge as I’d ordered before.i went through my previous amazon order and clicked order again. The numbers were the same the connection was the same until I tried to fit it. However the company arranged a refund once they were aware hence the 4 star

Have used the black ink as this always runs out first. It worked perfectly, so will be ordering again.Very happy with this product and as already said will order again, first time I have bought remanufactured Ink Cartridges and they worked first time.

first cartridge was faulty but they sent a replacement which worked fine , hence couldnt give 5 stars, but excellent customer service !

Packaging was excellent - in its own plastic cup. Have only used the mono so far.

I was unable to use colour cartridge as it was not recognised by my printer. I had my printer checked by professional and then had to buy another appropriate colour cartridge - but I had to buy both black and colour.I will not be using this brand again.

The ink cartridges do not work. The machine keeps saying something wrong with black cartridge.Had very good interaction with stellar to resolve all problems
