No charger included so you have no idea if the charging base you have is appropriate. Charged for hours and nothing happened because who knows if it's even plugged in right or if it's even charging because nothing lights up. The android app is complete junk and impossible to get registered because when you select Get Captcha an entire sentence pops up on the screen for a few seconds and then disappears, you can't see what you're even typing so a simple typo ruins it, and it times out by the time you even get it and your password typed twice. I guess you get what you pay for.

I’m sorry to say I cannot get the watch to charge. This is very disappointing.. Therefore, I am sending it back. The charger is integrated into the watchband. Had a difficult time releasing the watch band from the watch body. as mentioned, I couldn’t get the watch to charge. When repacking, I couldn’t attach the watchband to the watch body. What an absolutely complicated watch.

Normally I check ratings before ordering, I did not this time. So far I'm glad I didn't. Everything is working well. Instructions from comments are not good but I didn't use them. Just download the app and started using the tracker. All is good. I will update my review if things change.

This Vital unit dead on arrival. Would not take a charge from several 5V sources, including our PC. Sadly this was a Christmas gift for a lady that has recovered from cancer and has heart concerns. We like to monitor her vitals on call when out and about. First Amazon product that was a total bummer. Unit returned. We got a Fit VII HM 58 Smart Watch. She just loves it (easy to use) and all the promised functions work great.

This is a total piece of garbage. Nothing works and the display is in such a small font that it's completely useless. Remember the user is trying to exercise. The readout stays on for 3 seconds, and there is not way to extend it. No youtube guidance but plenty to youtube reviews. Paid, I'm guessing. Not at all up to Amazon's usual high standards.

I had done research about this watch. It's rated high for active seniors. However..the app and installation instructions were confusing. The package instructions were in such small print I had to use a magnifying glass to read them. The app on my phone took forever to get signed up as a new user. No helpful tips. The temperature indicator is in centigrade. Never figured out how to switch to Fahrenheit. Last, the watch face icons were hard to read, and not intuitive at all. I finally decided after 4 hours of struggle, to return this watch. Just not a match for me.

Instructions terrible. Referred to button but there is no function button. Did not come with a charger. Will not come on after charging days. Fits usb port up or down. Tried both ways with no luck. Need to return for full credit.

First watch was DOA. They DID send replacement quickly and it works. The software (DayBand) is terrible! Have not been able to set it up, constantly just freezes up and no notice as to why. Go elsewhere, or suffer...
