Softpack Portable Cooler Bag Soft Cooler[18-Can Tapered Bags Small Size, Grey, with Bottle Opener]

Purchased this to use for work, it’s smaller than my Rtic and the price seamed right. ($69 @ in April)Better off purchasing an Rtic. I freeze water bottles to keep items cool in cooler, at end of the the day, 2 bottles are almost completely melted. I doubt the 3 days of keeping ice.Cooler did perform good enough for what I needed. But the reason for 1 Star is zipper pulled off after 4 months of intermittent use. I even lubed zipper with lube that came with my Rtic cooler. Lube made zipper slide super easy.The other issue is ther is NO Customer support as company is based in China. Amazon says contact vendor, But every time I have tried to email them. Their web page says my email address is incorrect. I have tried multiple times to contact GZLBO and have given up for now. Will change rating if they reach out to me and correct issue.

doesn't keep ice like advertised

nice carry bag. narrow storage making it hard to fit flat items. excellent cold retention.

Not too big not too small, can see all the soles have high quality, worthy purchase

The zipper failed after using it 4 or 5 times. This item is junk
