53 yrs old- femaleThis mixes great with cleansers to create a wonderfully custom scrub. You don't use much and it works very well. Very finely ground like sugar. Very good bargain as the container will last awhile. Recommended! Skin is smooth and flake free. I use once a day. Scrub slowly do not mash into face. Use fingertips and scrub in small round circles. I will buy again when this runs out. Probably in a year lol.

I used these in soap as a mild exfoliant. It added a nice grit without being abrasive. I will continue to use this for scrubs and soaps.
