I ordered this sign because I’m a hr professional and I’m always saying these exact words to my managers so I thought it would be funny art for my office. The sign is sturdy and well crafted. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is because the sign’s size is smaller than expected. Otherwise it’s perfect.

I have gotten so many compliments since adding this to my desk at work. I’m a special educator so it is something I am constantly preaching to my staff. I love that it gets a laugh from my coworkers.

The back is hallow so you have to put it against something to hide the other side. It should have been a complete block.

I got this sign for my wife's home office, the sign is made out of a thin wood, so it's super lightweight and it has a 3D look to it when it's hung on the wall, it can also stand up on a desk or table, the lettering is neat and easy to read, overall I am happy with this sign.
