I wear work boots on concrete floors all day, and my old insoles were finally giving up. I figured it was finally time for an upgrade. Keen has a pretty decent reputation for work boots, so I gave these a look. The question that I had never considered in the past 25 years of wearing work boots was what sort of foot arch did I have? I had no idea.I tried the 'wet foot on cardboard' thing and compared the imprint to some online images. Apparently I have high arches. I put these insoles in my work boots and for once it felt like my feet were fully supported! They do take some getting used because most insoles are made for medium to low arches, so it does feel odd initially.At the end of the day my feet feel great. No soreness, no leg pain, nothing. Of course you also need to consider what you're putting these insoles into. Go find Rose Anvil on Youtube, he cuts boots in half and explains why they're good or bad. Good boots go a long long way, but many of them come with cheap insoles. These Keen insoles are the icing on the cake.

these fit well and are confertable ive orderd 4 pairs and three were excellent but one of them the gel insert on the balls of the feet fell out and had to glue them back with shoe goo

I like the fact that it fits correctly in the shoe without trimming. It does the job, though I wish the arch support extended just a bit further toward the middle of my feet. When I bought the Keen hiking shoes they came with the K-10 inserts which I knew wouldn't be right; I ordered the K-20s at the same time and they were pretty good, but after a couple of days in them I decided to go for the K-30s. I have problem feet, so perhaps this is all specific to me. About the only other shoes I wear are Hoka One One or a pair of hunting boots that just seem to fit perfectly. I like the Keens very much and for outdoor work at the range they are just what I need.

On my feet 20 hours a day. Work (construction) then switch them out to my gym shoes. Great support. Makes any shoe feel brand new and custom to a high arch. Also most other insoles make your shoe tighter around the toe area when replacing oem sole but these feel like they were made for any shoe. I also have a wide foot and my foot still stands comfortably. Bought another pair to dedicate one for work boots and one for sneakers. Highly recommend.

These insoles are very well made. The only problem was they were for people with a very high arch and I have have a normal arch. These things killed me after a day of trying to wear them. I allowed they were like the old Keen insoles and would form to my feet. Did not happen. Returned for a refund.

I’m 5-11” and 255# with bad knees, bad lumbar issues and a spinal fusion in my neck. I’m also an Agriculture Equipment Field Technician and live in my boots. These are a game changer! From working on concrete shop floors to working outside on gravel or fields, I no longer have the knee and hip pain I did before. I use these in my everyday Irish Setter safety toe wing shooters and my Thorogood Heritage wedges. They’re amazing! I’m order them for every pair of boots and shoes I own as soon as they get more in my size back in stock. Heck, I might even try a pair of Keen’s boots out since these insoles are so frickin’ good!

The media could not be loaded. My steel toe Keen Utility work boots are 1 year and 6 months old . The original insert was past worn out but the boots are still in great shape (just dirty) . My feet , legs , and lower back had gotten to be hurting pretty bad by the end of a 12 hour shift . So I ordered these inserts to see if it would help . Boy did it ever ! The 1st 12 hr shift I worked with them in left my body thanking me for buying them ! I think I can get another year and a half out of these boots now ! Maybe even more !

Great addition to your Keens or whatever boot/shoe you wear. A must for proper support.
