Do not order from this shop! It took a month to get something that isn’t right. Not only that but the H is a different size than the other letters and not bubble. It’s like they ran out of letters and just put something in there

This necklace is not only cute but very stylish. We had a slight problem with our order so we reached out to the customer service dept. They addressed our issue and sent us a new necklace within a week.The letters are chunky but a delicate chunky. If you are on the fence about buying this necklace do it!

I was excited to order this custom name necklace, but it ended up being a letdown. The design idea is cute and the gold finish looks pretty at first glance, but the quality and functionality just aren’t there. The letters have nothing to space them out, so they slide around and clump together into a tangled mess that’s almost impossible to read.For something that’s supposed to be personalized, I expected better attention to detail. The letters twist and overlap constantly, and the chain does nothing to keep them in place. It looks more like a random jumble than a custom name.As for value for money, it honestly doesn’t feel worth the price. The necklace is lightweight and doesn’t seem very durable. After just a few wears, it started looking a bit dull and cheap. I wouldn’t trust it to last long with regular use.Overall, it’s a cute idea with poor execution. Two stars for the initial look, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve the design and quality.
