Wire Cord, 25', 10 Gauge, 4 Conductor (10/4) 600V SOOW

I have purchased this cable before for a 30 Amp generator connection and it is a good quality. They are also a great company to work with as I had to return one because I ordered it too short and they let me return it without issue. I ordered a longer one from the same company quick service and great quality. I highly recommend this company for this quality product and their great service.

Used for portable generator cord. The SOOW has much thicker jacket than what was available at the big box stores. The rubber cord is much more flexible than the pre-made vinyl cords and it’s made in USA not China.

Very pliable and we'll constructed! I used it as trailer wiring on my 2008 highlander. Used 2 lines for power and the other two I left alone for possible power later on. I ran it through the inside across the rocker panel. Beware of doing this, though as the cable has a bit of a plasticky odor that has yet to go away. Hopefully soon!

This is one fine cable. Made in America with American quality. Excellent flexibility. The four 10-ga conductors are separated by paper spacers. The outer black rubber insulation is rugged and about 1/8" thick. Will last years and years. Wire strips easily. Outer diameter of the rubber jacket measures 0.7", just under 3/4". Fits through 3/4" conduit knockout fittings.Comes packed in a tight coil. Excellent SOOW cable. Genuine rubber cable, not some fake plastic stuff. Stays flexible at all temps.Great cable.

Buy this product with confidence. I've worked as an electrical engineering laboratory technician/manager for 25 years. I bought this product to make a heavy duty generator cable. The cable is very good quality. It's fresh stock and the insulating materials are freshly made and are NOT dried out or stiff. The cable is made of flexible stranded 10 gauge conductors. While I didn't measure them the diameter of the conductors appears to be correct, unlike some Chinese imports which claim to be a specific gauge conductor but actually have smaller cross sectional area than rated.
